- 5 or 6 Roma tomatoes, roughly chopped
- ½ red onion, roughly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed and roughly chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse lightly until the desired chunkiness is reached. Do not over-process.
- Drain through a wide-mesh strainer, and reserve the liquid for Bloody Marys or broth.
