Ingredients

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk (approximately 13 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon probiotic powder

Method

  1. Shake the can of coconut milk, then open and pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Crush the probiotic powder and add to the coconut milk, then add the agave.
  3. Cover tightly and shake vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Let sit in a warm area, away from sunlight, for 2 to 3 days.
