  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 2 teaspoon


  1. In a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the aquafaba on high until it starts to foam.
  2. Slowly trickle in the flaxseed oil, then add the dulse flakes and sea salt.
  3. Whip with the whisk until a large volume of foam emerges that retains its shape when the mixing stops, approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
