  • 5 ounces firm tofu
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspo

Method

  1. Drain the tofu well, for about 5 minutes, but do not press.
  2. Place the drained tofu in a large mixing bowl, add all the remaining ingredients, and mash with a potato ricer. Break apart all the flat edges and mash until the desired texture is reached. Fluff with a fork.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Keeps for up to 2 weeks.
