  • 1 cup cashews, soaked and then drained
  • 2 cups aquafaba
  • ¾ cup

Method

  1. Combine the cashews and aquafaba in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
  2. Whisk the coconut oil, xanthan gum, and guar gum together, add to the blender, and blend to combine.
  3. Combine all the remaining ingredients except the apple cider vinegar, add to the blender, and blend to combine.
