Oven-baked kale chips should be the new dinner rolls served before a meal. They are the perfect anytime snack that seems simultaneously like a salty snack and a health food. I have zeroed in on the exact ratio of heat and oil needed to get what I consider the perfect crunch-level, but feel free to dial back on the oil if you prefer; note though, that if you do this you may have to bake a little longer for that same crunch.
