  1. Combine the wakame, sea salt, kala namak, dulse flakes, and 2 cups water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and strain through a sieve.
  3. Stir in the flaxseed oil.
