- Prepared Polenta from Scratch
- Olive oil (in a mister or spray bottle)
- ¼ cup masa harina or fine polenta flour
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut the prepared polenta into 3-by-½-by-½-inch sticks.
- Mist lightly with the olive oil.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and roll the polenta sticks in the mix to coat.
- Place th
