- 2 cups green peas, fresh or thawed from frozen and drained
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- Sauté peas over medium heat for 4 minutes, and let cool to room temperature. Transfer to a bowl and combine with the garlic, ginger, and Pearl Onion Confit.
