  • About

Cauliflower, one of the most versatile vegetables, is filling and gives a satisfying bite. Tender but hearty, this “en croute” version makes a knife-and-fork meal, with a striking appearance all on its own. Complete the dish with a seasonal side like a Chef’s Salad or sautéed greens.

Ingredients

Marinade

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a gallon-sized zip-top bag, then add the cauliflower and seal. Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature, flipping occasionally.
  3. Mix all the crust ingredients together thoroughly
