  • 2 cups cashews, soaked and then drained
  • cup full-fat coconut cream (canned)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate. Keeps for up to 2 weeks. Also works well stored in a squeeze bottle to be used for decorating desserts.
