  1. Line any size cupcake pan—from mini to Texas muffin-sized—with cupcake liners.
  2. In each liner, layer the tempered chocolate, then the desired peanut butter mixture, then more tempered chocolate. Make sure the peanut butter mixture stays in the middle and the chocolate goes around the peanut butter enough to coat the sides of the liner to form a wall.
