My go-to drink after an intense power yoga class, Golden Mylk is as restorative to sore muscles as it is delicious to drink. Turmeric gives it the signature color and key muscle soothing benefits, while the ginger, vanilla, and cinnamon complement the rich coconut milk and add their own healing benefits. Black peppercorn adds some dimension and heat to the ginger and cinnamon, as well as aids in the absorption of the beneficial curcumin compound within the tumeric.
