Most grill masters enjoy their work. Some burn with such passion, their faces light with pleasure every time they approach the grill. Milica Perunovic, the Montenegrin-born chef-owner of the popular Chubura restaurant in Belgrade’s old Turkish quarter (you can read more about her here) has this fire.
