I was told by a man named Jerry in the jungle that watermelon is the most nourishing fruit; because it has such a high water content, it can fill the body quickly with nutrients. It’s like an infusion of life that will make you smile. Every time I make this juice and sit in the sun, I am reminded of this infusion of life.
First juice the watermelon and then the mint leaves. Serve over ice if you’d like it chilled.
