Iced Lemon Mint Chāi

This refreshing iced tea was developed with my brother, Shawn, and sister-in-law, Roaya, in mind. Roaya, of Persian heritage, loves all things tea, and Shawn, an avid golfer, is a big fan of the lemonade and iced tea beverage popularized by the professional golfer it’s named after. Here’s my take on that drink. It’s perfect for a hot summer day.
