This is a dish of poached salt cod with sauté tomatoes and peppers. The ingredients: 2 pounds of morue, 2 onions, 6 tomatoes, 4 red peppers, lemon juice, 2 ounces of butter, 1 clove of garlic, a tablespoonful of baked breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper, a little finely chopped parsley, and 2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil.
Poach the morue in the manner described. At the same time, put
