Ingen no goma-ae, Japanese green beans with ground sesame and miso, is a true delicacy. I particularly like it when black sesame seeds are used; they give it an extra-luxurious look. The Japanese dish is the inspiration for this salad, although I must admit the use of tahini is a move no Japanese would ever dream of making. Served with the Quinoa salad with dried Iranian lime this dish would make a wonderful supper.
