Hunter’s Stew

This is a traditional stew native to Poles and Lithuanians, and is considered by many to be one of Poland’s true national dishes. Its composition can vary from region to region, village to village, and restaurant to restaurant. This is hearty comfort food at its best. Poles often serve it with crusty rye bread or boiled potatoes on the side (of course, well lubricated with chopped dill and melted butter). For a truly authentic experience, a shot of ice-cold Polish vodka goes down very smoot
