Name: Pooh’s raisin bread

Ingredients: 75 g (3 oz) (or 3 rounded tablespoons) castor sugar; ½ level teaspoon salt; 1 tablespoon castor sugar; 3 tablespoons seedless raisins; 300 g (12 oz) (or 12 rounded tablespoons) self raising flour; 2 eggs; 2 rounded tablespoons of chopped walnuts; 1 tablespoon milk; just under 250 ml (½ pint) milk; 2 oz butter
