Cottage pie

• 1 medium onion
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 lb lean minced b

You will need a chopping board, a kitchen knife, wooden spoon and a medium sized saucepan with a lid. Find a 2 pint pie dish and butter it well, a saucepan for the potatoes, a potato masher and a fork. Make up the stock using ½
