Soak the clams for a few hours in lightly salted water to purge them. Rinse the octopi and dice them. Peel and dice the shrimp.

Drain and rinse the clams carefully and put them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Crush 1 of the garlic cloves, add it to the pan, cover, and cook over a live
