Ingredients

  • 4 cups (1 liter) meat broth
  • 11 ounces (300

Method

Pour the broth into a pot. Slice the bread. Wash the endive carefully and chop the leaves.

Add the endive leaves to the broth and cover with the bread. Cover the pot, place over very low heat, and cook for about 1 hour. Season with salt, then serve hot.
