Boiled potatoes can be dressed in a number of ways to complement any meal. Fresh herbs are especially versatile, while garlic is great for hearty flavour.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters, then turn the potatoes following the Chef’s techniques.
Place the potatoes in a large pan of salted water, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender to the point of a knife. Drain.
