Boiled potatoes can be dressed in a number of ways to complement any meal. Fresh herbs are especially versatile, while garlic is great for hearty flavour.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium waxy potatoes
  • 60 g (2 oz) unsalted butter

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters, then turn the potatoes following the Chef’s techniques.
