This is another dough intended for ornaments and decorating pieces, but because it contains a small amount of yeast, the baked goods are soft enough to be pleasant to eat. Whole wheat weaver’s dough is especially suitable for rolled, cut-out flat pieces. To make nice clean edges, place the rolled dough in the freezer for a few minutes to harden so it won’t drag as you cut it.
