The name of this bread is a good example of how the English language is infiltrating Sweden. Joggar is the adopted Swedish word for “jogger.” I have to admit it sounds more appealing than the proper Swedish word lunka, meaning “to run slowly at a steady pace.” On a trip to China several years ago, I was doing my best to keep up with my exercise program by running when I had a chance.
