Poaching Liquid for Bagels

This may seem like a lot of water and honey to use for poaching the bagels only 2 minutes. The large quantity is necessary to be able to poach a greater number at the same time. If this were not done, the bagels waiting their turn would overproof. If kept in the refrigerator, the poaching liquid can be reused many times.
