As you will see if you make or look through the recipe for Cinnamon Swirls, Cinnamon Knots contain exactly the same ingredients, but the way that the pastries are formed is much more unusual. Making the knots does require additional time, but they look very appetizing and taste great as well. Plus it is always a good idea to be able to offer something that isn’t going to be found in every other shop in town.
