The combination of tangy rhubarb and sweet strawberries is not only delicious, but also looks pretty framed with dough strips in a diamond pattern. The cornmeal crust adds a robust flavor to this country-style tart. Short dough could be used as well, however, flaky pie dough lacks the sweetness needed.
