This is a variation of the Honey-Bran Muffin recipe. Oat Bran–Yogurt Muffins provide an alternate way to enjoy the goodness of oats at breakfast instead of the usual oatmeal. For a long time, oats were used only as animal feed and were considered a weed when they sprouted up in wheat fields. Only recently have they received due credit for their high soluble fiber content as well as plenty of vitamins E and B. Oat bran does not contain any gluten and so, in baking, must be always be combined
