This is a variation of the Honey-Bran Muffin recipe. Oat Bran–Yogurt Muffins provide an alternate way to enjoy the goodness of oats at breakfast instead of the usual oatmeal. For a long time, oats were used only as animal feed and were considered a weed when they sprouted up in wheat fields.
