The batter can be made into coffee cakes without any alteration. You can use larger gugelhupf or bundt pans if you do not have the size specified here. The batter will not fill the forms, but as long as the pans have a pattern around the top, they will look just fine.

Method

  1. Butter 4 gugelhupf or tube pans, 1 quart (960 ml) in capacity, and coat the pans lightly with dry cake crumbs or finely ground almonds or hazelnuts.
  2. Divide the batter amon
