This is another candy that is easy to produce even if you do not have a candy kitchen, special equipment, or even much experience. As with the bark and the rochers, you can adapt the toppings to suit your own taste and/or what you have in the pantry, substituting other nuts and dried or candied fruit. Sliced or slivered almonds can be arranged to stand vertically for an unusual look.
