Like the preceding recipe for almond-ginger bark, rochers, or rocks, are a classic, quick, and easy candy that is also quite versatile. You can replace the milk chocolate with sweet dark or white chocolate, or use a combination by making the rounds from one chocolate and coating the nuts with another.
