This will make a medium-dark spray. Add more cocoa powder if a darker color is desired.

Method

Stir the corn syrup into the water.
Place the cocoa powder in a bowl. Add just enough of the water mixture to make a smooth paste. Gradually mix in the remaining water. Store in the refrigerator.
