Both this Chèvre Cheesecake and the Mascarpone Cheesecake started out as individual plated desserts in which the cheesecakes were made in small ring forms. Naturally, one large cake takes less time to make than many small cakes and, although the results may not be as eye-catching, the unusual and delicious flavors are still there when you are pressed for time. The suggested plate presentation can be prepared any time of the year with orange slices and oran
