These delicious little pancakes are so tender that they seem to just dissolve on your tongue as you eat them. Being so delicate, they would be impossible to handle if they were made the same size as regular pancakes. Plättar are traditionally enjoyed in Sweden after yellow pea soup on Thursdays. Served warm, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with cloudberries, they make an unusual light dessert, or try them on your breakfast or brunch table.
