Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup (240 ml) simple syrup

Method

  1. Add the lemon juice to the simple syrup.
  2. Place an apple lengthwise on an electric slicer so that the fruit stem is parallel to the blade. Cut off slices, making them as thin as possible without having them break or tear. Repeat with the other apples.
  3. Discard the end pieces that do not have a complete apple outline. One or two at a time, dip the remain
