  • Melted unsalted butter
  • Sliced almonds, lightly crushed
  • 4 ounces (115 g) granulated suga

Method

  1. Brush melted butter over the inside of 20 to 30 small madeleine baking forms, coat with crushed almonds, and place the forms on a sheet pan.
  2. Place the sugar and almond paste in a mixing bowl. Blend the butter in gradually, making sure there are no lumps. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, then the Calvados.
