Gooseberries are so popular and common in Sweden that not having gooseberry bushes growing in your yard is practically considered unpatriotic! They also grow wild in much of the United States. This is a wonderful, tart ice cream with a distinctive flavor. It is particularly nice teamed with an apple or pear dessert, such as Apple Sacks or Pear-Frangipane Tart, or enjoy it topped with caramel sauce alongside a slice o
