Straight dough method (mixed fermentation)

  1. Mix the water, yeast, flour, salt, and fat 6 minutes at first speed.
  2. Add the Basic Yeast Starter and mix another 4 minutes.
  3. Add the prosciutto and mix another 1–2 minutes.
