• Whipped cream fortified with gelatin and flavored with kirsch
• Chocolate Swiss Roll sponge
• Dark sweet cherries, well drained

Procedure

1. Fit a pastry bag with a plain tube and fill it with the whipped cream.
2. Pipe strips of cream about ⅜ in. (1 cm) apart on a sheet of chocolate Swiss roll
