Procedure
- Dissolve the sugar in the coffee.
- Pour the coffee into a hotel pan or similar pan and place in the freezer.
- When the coffee begins to freeze around the edges, stir with a spoon, fork, or whip. Return to the freezer.
- Repeat every 15 or 20 minutes, until the mixture resembles crushed ice. When finished, it should be complet
