Procedure

  1. Trim the stems and hulls from the strawberries. Cut the berries in half if they are large.
  2. Combine the berries with the first quantities of sugar, orange juice, and liqueur. Let stand for 1 hour, refrigerated.
  3. Prepare whipped cream flavored with orange liqueur, following the procedure.
