Procedure
- Place a wedge of tart slightly to the left of the center of the plate with the point toward you.
- To the right of the tart wedge, pipe a rosette or shell of whipped cream using a pastry bag with a large star tube.
- As garnish, place a colorful piece of fruit and a mint sprig next to the cream.
