This is a fresh and tangy jelly to accompany roast lamb or sausages. You can also add it to salad dressings for a Moroccan twist. Make sage and rosemary jelly in the same way.

  1. Without peeling or coring, chop the apples into thick chunks, discarding any bruised or damaged pieces.
