Ingredients

  • 1 kg/2 lb 4 oz cooking apples

Method

  1. Without peeling or coring, roughly chop the apples into thick, medium chunks, discarding any bruised or damaged pieces.
  2. Put the chopped apples in a preserving pan and add 500 ml/17 fl oz</
