Intensely scented, this is passion fruit captured in a jar. For a delicious, super-quick dessert, serve a large dollop of this curd on top of Greek yogurt and add a generous sprinkling of blueberries.

6passion fruits50g/1¾ozunsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the flesh into a sieve standing over a bowl. Using a wooden spoon, push the flesh into the bowl. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the seeds and discard the rest.
