Packed with fresh and stem ginger, just the smell of this luxurious curd will make you reach for a spoon! It is perfect on toast or crumpets, or use it to sandwich together ginger biscuits or cookies.

Ingredients

  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 50 g/ oz fresh ginger, peeled and grated

Method

  1. Sterilize enough small jars in the oven so that they are ready to use.
