The texture of this chutney is slightly crunchy and, apart from serving it with cheese and cold meats, it would make a good addition to a stuffing mix. An alternative suggestion is to spread it inside small pita breads, top with thin slices of chicken or lamb and serve with minted yogurt and a wedge of lime.
