A lovely aromatic flavour was tasted after making this salad. I substituted the spring onions for fresh spinach leaves. My husband enjoyed his salad with spring onions suggested by Prue. It was handy to pick up two tips about gathering pomegranate seeds from Jamie and Prue. :-)
